If you’re looking for the best lunch value in The Villages, LongHorn Steakhouse in Lady Lake should be at the top of your list.

We were impressed by the generous portions, affordable prices, and excellent service. The Crispy Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich ($8.99) came with a full-sized side — we chose the French onion soup, and it alone could have been a full lunch. The sandwich was fresh, tender, and packed with flavor.

The Grilled Chicken & Strawberry Salad ($9.99) was another standout. Paired with the soup, it made for a light but filling meal. And the fresh-baked bread served at the beginning of the meal? A warm, welcome touch.

Our server, Elliot, was friendly and attentive — even sending us off with drinks in to-go cups. That kind of service, paired with satisfying food and prices under $10, makes LongHorn an easy pick for lunch in The Villages.
