If you’ve played a round at Belle Glade Golf & Country Club or you’re just looking for a great dinner spot in the southern end of The Villages, Belle Glade is a solid choice. It’s one of those country club restaurants that feels just as comfortable for golfers winding down after 18 holes as it does for anyone craving a relaxed evening meal with a view.
We stopped in for dinner and were immediately greeted with friendly, prompt service — always a good sign on a busy night. The menu offers plenty of variety, from lighter salads and bowls to hearty entrées, seafood, and themed nightly specials. It’s a versatile spot that works equally well for casual dinners or date nights after golf.
Dinner Favorites at Belle Glade Country Club
The Garlic Butter Salmon was a standout — flaky, tender, and topped with just the right amount of lemony garlic butter. It was served with seasoned vegetables and rice (or broccoli, in our case) and made for a fresh, flavorful dinner that didn’t feel heavy.
The Chicken Fajitas were another highlight, arriving sizzling and aromatic with grilled chicken, peppers, and onions. The sides — black beans, rice, pico de gallo, cheddar, and warm tortillas — made it fun to customize each bite. Great flavor, and plenty to share if you’re not too hungry.
For something lighter, the Sesame Chicken Salad was a great surprise. A colorful mix of greens, mandarin oranges, toasted pecans, sesame seeds, and crisp wontons with a bright sesame ginger dressing. The grilled chicken was tender and well-seasoned — perfect for warm evenings when you want something fresh.
And if you’re in the mood for something with a tropical flair, the Mango Chicken (a nightly special) hit all the right notes — crispy chicken topped with a creamy sauce and mango salsa that balanced sweet and savory beautifully.
Menu Highlights at Belle Glade Country Club
Belle Glade’s regular menu is broad enough that everyone can find something they like — seafood lovers can go for dishes like Parmesan Panko Cod or Seared Scallops, while steak fans have options from Belle’s Chop Steak to the 12 oz. New York Strip. Daily specials keep things interesting: “Hooked on Seafood” Fridays, “Lobster Night” on Saturdays, and “Fajitas & Ritas” Wednesdays are just a few that stand out.
The drink menu offers a nice selection of wines and cocktails — everything from margaritas and mojitos to their signature Belle Peach Tea. The country club atmosphere is casual but polished, with a spacious dining room and plenty of natural light. Around sunset, the view over the golf course adds a little extra charm to the evening.
Final Thoughts
Between the attentive service, flavorful dishes, and relaxed country club setting, Belle Glade Country Club makes for a great dinner option whether you’ve just finished 18 holes or are meeting friends for a night out. It’s another example of why dining in The Villages’ country clubs continues to impress — great food without pretense, served with small-town hospitality.
