If you’re looking for a cozy pub-style dinner with big portions, comfort food, and a friendly atmosphere, Brick & Barrel in downtown Leesburg is a great spot to add to your list. We stopped in for dinner and tried a wide mix of dishes — here’s everything we ordered and what stood out.
Brick and Barrel Starters: Crispy Brussels Sprouts & Firecracker Cauliflower

Crispy Brussels Sprouts ($13.99)
Flash-fried, caramelized, and tossed with smoky bacon. Crunchy, savory, and a great shareable starter.

Firecracker Cauliflower ($14.99)
Crispy, saucy, lightly spicy, and covered in sesame seeds. One of the best things we tried.
Brick and Barrel Leesburg Main Courses: Ribs, Ribeye & Shrimp Tacos

Baby Back Ribs ($24.99)
A full rack, tender and glazed nicely. Great portion size and very flavorful.

Chargrilled Ribeye
Cooked well, juicy, and topped with a pat of garlic herb butter. Comfort-food classic done right.

Firecracker Shrimp Tacos
Fresh, creamy, and spicy with a huge serving of house-made kettle chips. Great texture and flavor.
Drinks & Atmosphere

Old Fashioned
Smooth, balanced, and well-made — a solid cocktail option.

The interior has a warm pub feel with string lights, brick walls, and plenty of seating. Good for groups, date nights, or grabbing something at the bar.
Service
Our server, Lana, was awesome. Friendly, attentive, and on top of everything — she really made the night even better.
Menu

Brick & Barrel also has a surprisingly large menu for a pub-style spot. In addition to the ribs and steaks we tried, they offer burgers, sandwiches, salads, flatbreads, and rotating specials that change with the season. The portions are generous, and the pricing is very reasonable compared to many restaurants closer to The Villages. If you enjoy places with a casual atmosphere but elevated comfort food, this one fits the bill perfectly. It’s also only about 20 minutes from the southern Villages areas, making it an easy dinner option.
Final Thoughts
Brick & Barrel is a solid pick if you’re in the Leesburg area and craving hearty comfort food, big portions, and a relaxed pub atmosphere. The starters alone make the visit worthwhile — especially the Brussels sprouts and firecracker cauliflower.
We’d definitely go back.
