Havana Country Club in The Villages — Menu, Atmosphere & What to Expect

Looking for the current Havana Country Club menu in The Villages? We visited on a Wednesday night in February 2026 to verify pricing, portions, service, and overall experience.

• February 2026 — Wednesday dinner visit, menu and pricing verified.

Reservations & Crowd Level

We made reservations, and that was the right call. The restaurant was moderately busy for a Wednesday night.

The room felt active but not overwhelming — a steady, comfortable dinner pace.

About Havana Country Club

Many residents consider Havana one of the stronger country club restaurants in The Villages — just below the more upscale Palmer, Lopez, and Glenview venues.

After this visit, it’s easy to see why.

The menu blends classic country club staples with a few creative options — seafood, steaks, comfort dishes, salads, brick oven pizzas, and handhelds.

The Chateaubriand was well executed and presented cleanly — consistent with the Suleiman group’s more polished kitchen standards.

Service & Pricing Notes

Service throughout the evening was well managed. Courses were paced appropriately, and staff remained attentive without hovering.

The only minor delay came at the end of the meal, with about a 10-minute wait for the final check. Otherwise, everything was handled smoothly.

One pleasant surprise: a gin and tonic was priced at $4.50 — possibly part of happy hour — but a notable value.

Is Havana Country Club Worth It?

For many residents, Havana stands out among the standard country club dining options in The Villages — and this visit reinforced that reputation.

It offers a balanced menu, solid execution, and a well-managed dining room without the formality or pricing of the higher-end country clubs.
