Middleton Villages Update: Genesis Gym Officially Confirmed

The long-rumored Genesis fitness center is now officially coming to Middleton. The gym will sit just northeast of the traffic circle at Central Parkway and Landstone Boulevard, directly beside the large retention pond.

As a result of the approval, residents in the area will soon gain access to one of the most significant new amenities announced for Middleton so far.

Meanwhile, the new Middleton Publix continues to move quickly, with several major features now visible:

  • Exterior framing of the main building
  • Liquor store and drive-through pharmacy confirmed
  • Parking lot grading underway
  • Daily visible progress

Once complete, this Publix will dramatically improve convenience for residents south of the Turnpike.

Middleton Hotel Expansion Reaches the Third Floor

Currently, the boutique hotel in the Middleton commercial district has begun construction on its third-story walls. The project remains one of the fastest-moving vertical builds in the area.

As it grows, the hotel will become a visual anchor for the future town center environment.

New Guardhouse at Bushnell & Central Parkway

Additionally, a new guardhouse is under construction at the intersection of Bushnell Road and Central Parkway, signaling a more defined entryway for the growing community.

Eastport Villages Update: Entertainment Area Beginning to Wake Up

Even so, there are growing signs that live music may begin in Eastport very soon—possibly within the next week or two. At the same time, construction activity around the performance area suggests that entertainment is gearing up.

  • A clothing boutique coming to the alley behind Tacos & Tequila
  • The rooftop bar continues to look great, especially at night

Even better, Eastport is entering the phase where groundwork gives way to personality—restaurants, nightlife, and walkable areas that bring the town center to life.

Olympia Recreation Center Tours Start This Week

Also, tours of the brand-new Olympia Recreation Center begin Tuesday. And residents can sign up directly through The Villages website.

Early reports from staff familiar with the building say the interior is beautiful, spacious, and one of the most impressive rec centers built so far.
