Eastport Opens in The Villages: Bellaire Executive Golf Course, Prime & Ember, and Portside Coffee Bar

Eastport the Villages has officially opened, bringing a new golf course, coffee bar, and steakhouse to the community’s southern end. As a result, residents and visitors are already exploring everything this exciting new town-center area offers. From morning coffee by the water to evening dining, there’s now something for everyone to enjoy.

The wait is finally over. Eastport, the newest town-center area in The Villages, is now open. Consequently, residents can play the brand-new Bellaire Executive Golf Course, relax at the Portside Coffee Bar, or book tables at Prime & Ember, the new steakhouse beside the sales office.

Early Reactions from Eastport Residents

According to Gold Wingnut Live, the Bellaire Executive Course opened the same day Eastport streets were cleared for traffic. Several residents who attended Prime & Ember’s friends-and-family night said the food and service were “fantastic.” Moreover, they praised the New York strip and the upscale yet comfortable atmosphere. Others noted that the bar area was lively but not noisy — exactly the balance Villagers appreciate for a relaxed evening out.

Inside the Eastport Sales Center, the Portside Coffee Bar offers espresso drinks, pastries, and light bites with views of the lake and walking paths. Meanwhile, locals say it’s perfect for meeting friends after golf or watching early construction unfold around Eastport. In addition, outdoor seating and shade umbrellas make it one of the most pleasant morning stops south of 44.

More Coming to Eastport the Villages

Eastport the Villages will eventually feature additional restaurants, retail shops, and entertainment spaces similar to Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing. Furthermore, the new town-center connects easily to neighborhoods in Middleton and southern Villages by golf cart and road. For now, it’s all about exploring the Bellaire course, grabbing a coffee, and celebrating the long-awaited opening of Eastport in The Villages. Ultimately, this new area adds even more energy and convenience to the south side of the community.
